Exchanges and returns
Cap/hat too big or too small? Doesn’t like it? No problem! You have the possibility to return unworn goods (trying on is of course okay) within 30 days.
This is how the return or exchange of your order works:
Step 1: Send us a short email to panamahutgalerie@feinehuete.eu with your order number and your return or exchange request.
Step 2: Send the package prepaid back to our return address (see below).
You can find inexpensive parcel stamps to print out at home, for example at DHL.
Please note that we cannot accept freight collect shipments. As a small and sustainable company, handling returns already costs us a lot of money. In addition, we will reimburse you for the cost of outbound shipping (for complete returns). Thank you for your understanding!
Step 4: We will refund you the order total including any shipping fees paid or the item purchase price in the case of
in case of partial returns via the original payment method (usually no later than 7 days after receipt of goods).
