Product prices:

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

Shipping costs:

Within Germany: from 6,99€

Delivery:

Delivery is made by DHL. We are a small but fine company and process each order personally. From there the delivery time can vary a bit, but is on average 2-5 days after receipt of order.

Payment:

Payment can be made either by Paypal or by credit card through the payment provider Stripe. There are no extra charges for payment processing. The payment transactions are processed via the servers of the respective payment provider, no payment data is stored on our servers. You are only entitled to a right of set-off if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court of law or are undisputed or have been acknowledged by us in writing. You may only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.
